Editing &
Review

We aim to ensure that the work we produce is of the highest quality possible. To maintain this top priority of ours, every document goes through thorough post-production after drafts, document creation, localization, transcreation, transcription and or translations finalized. This post-production process consists of both editing and proofreading to optimize quality assurance.

The editing step may be carried out by the same document creator or a separate linguist. The document is reviewed against the original to check for any mistranslations, misinterpretations, vocabulary inconsistencies, linguistic errors, consistency, idiomatic flow, punctuation, typos, formatting and other possible errors.

Once the editing phase is completed, the document goes onto the proofreading step. The proofreader ensures that the document can be clearly understood by the target audience, checks for any residual grammatical or typographical errors and ensures that all formatting is correct and all requirements have been met.
